Can i post the same article in different article submission sites? Does it affect my promotion of SEO?

I have posted the same content of article in different article submission site. is it right? or Do i need to use different contents for each and every site?

If you are submitting articles to article directories, than its ok. But if you are posting them on Revenue sharing websites, it will be a negative point.
Like currently i use Google Adsense for revenue on expertscolumn and flixya websites, both are revenue sharing websites, thats why i have to submit 2 versions of article. This is necessary, because according Google policies if you want to earn handsome money, your content should be at least 70% unique as compared to other sites. ………………No Pain NO Gain- my Dear………….
